About ROELF
Roelf Nel is the founder and Sole Director of RN Incorporated. He completed his articles at a major litigation firm in the Western Cape before moving to Pretoria in 2005. In 2007, he transitioned specifically into construction law. Today, he specializes in the delivery of infrastructure and energy projects, advising on contract placing strategies, project-specific documents, and standard form amendments.
He is deeply involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), serving as a mediator, adjudicator, and arbitrator on the SAICE president’s list. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Arbitrators (AoA) and was appointed to the RICS President’s Panel of Mediators. He is frequently recognized in Best Lawyers in South Africa for Construction Law.
