Prior to RN Inc., Nancy worked for an Engineering company where she honed her project management skills. At RN Inc., her operational purview is vast: she focuses on Public Relations, Organization Development, and the firm's Training Academy.
She also manages internal Accounts, HR, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Compliance (including POPIA).
